The articles must be presented both in the electronic and printed versions followed by the extract from the minutes of the relative department and review of skilled specialist. The text of the articles must be presented in A4 format, Times New Roman font, letter size of 12, with the following margins: top – 2 cm, bottom – 2 cm, left - 3 cm, right - 1 cm.

Articles must contain the following elements:

Author's first name, last name
Scientific degree, scientific title
Institution, organization
Title of the article
Key words (in Azerbaijani, English and Russian)
Text of the article
References (in numerical an use order)
Summary in English and Russian

Peer review

The Journal of Manuscripts don't burn employs ‘double blind’ reviewing, in which the referees remain anonymous to the author(s) throughout and following the refereeing process, whilst the identity of the author(s) is likewise unknown to the reviewers. For the Journal of Manuscripts don't burn, the typical time for the first round of the refereeing process is approximately 4 weeks, with a maximum of two months. Final decision to accept or reject the manuscript will be sent to the author along with the recommendations made by the referees.
